Tulsa Scott is a program manager with 9 years of experience who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and was commissioned as a naval officer in 2016. He served 3.5 years aboard the submarine USS Georgia, achieving the position of assistant engineer, and was the lead submarine action officer in the Naval AI/ML initiative, Project Harbinger, for 2 years.
